We can install new cabling, fuse boards, accessories, lighting, ventilation, data and CCTV to ensure that the installation is future proofed.

Showers: If it be a shower replacement, a faulty shower switch or a complete new shower installation we can advise, supply and install the most suitable shower for your bathrooms or wet rooms. Competent to complete small plumbing works but if the occasion arises where the plumbing is outside our comfort zone we will liaises with our recommended plumber to give you piece of mind the installation is completed correctly. At the end of this installation you will receive the correct certification and notification to building control.

Consumer unit Upgrades: All new consumer units installed are to the latest 17th edition wiring regulation amendment 3. While installing your new consumer unit we will ensure the turn-around time your power is off is to a minimum thus least disruption to your daily schedule. All complete work is then notified to your local council ensuring no black spots if and when you come to sell your property. At the end of this installation you will receive the correct certification and notification to building control.

EICR - Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports (formally known as periodic inspection report/landlord certificate): These reports should be complete every 5 years or change of occupancy if the property is rented or every 10 years/change of occupancy if privately owned. The reason for an electrical installation condition report (landlord certificate / periodic inspection report) is to ensure the electrical system is safe for continuous use and its compliance to the current wiring regulation. At the end of this service you will receive either a Satisfactory or Un-satisfactory certificate – your installation is not guaranteed to pass. In the event of an un-satisfactory report we will list defects as per GN3 C1 – Danger present C2 – Potentially dangerous or C3 – Improvement recommended and remedial works will be required.

Electrical Minor Work Certificate – Every job Greenwolf complete if it be of a minor nature we will always issue this certificate to ensure the particular circuit worked on is safe for continuous use.

Additional socket points – If you require addition socket points needed for the ever expanding accessories or appliances Greenwolf can efficiently install these as and where you require. USB sockets are currently popular with our customer! At the end of this installation you will receive the Electrical Minor Work Certificate(s)

Additional lighting point – If you require a light re-locating or a complete new lighting installation, whether it be installing downlights, wall lighting, decking lighting, mood lighting just a standard or pendant/bayonet fixture Greenwolf can efficiently install these ensuring that the correct lights are used to produce the look and light levels you need. CCTV – Greenwolf has vast experience in installing various types of CCTV system we can provide a fee site survey to determine the amount of cameras needed, the correct DVR, monitor and wiring required for each bespoke installation. Once installed we will advise on how to view your property remotely using your tables, laptops or smart phones giving you piece of mind that you can check your CCTV system while being away from your property.

Security Alarms - We can install and commission all types of security alarms ranging from complex zoned systems to garage/shed systems both wired and wireless.

Underfloor Heating – Underfloor heating is very efficient in regards to its energy consumption. Used as either a primary or secondary heat source we can install all types of electric underfloor heating. Heating Controls - Greenwolf Electrical can install and commission HIVE, NEST, Honeywell, Drayton and Energenie smart accessories and controllers. Used correctly these are great tools to lower energy bills and your carbon footprint.

Using Smart heating controls allows the used to set each room to a desired temperature or control your home temperature from anywhere in the world.

As well as installing smart heating controls we also offer our services to install, repair and commission conventional central heating control systems.

Smoke Alarms – Installing fire detection in domestic property’s is becoming increasingly important. Greenwolf can design, install and commission domestic fire and C01 systems to ensure you are sufficiently protected with being alerted in the event of a fire. TV wall hanging – Greenwolf can wall hang any TV, we will ensure that the fixings are adequate for each individual installation guaranteeing your TV is hung correctly. At the same time, we can install if needed the correct containment and cabling needed to interconnect your TV to any sky, free view or virgin box.

Fault finding – Fault finding can be a complicated procedure, while having rectified multiple electrical faults Greenwolf will ensure that the fault on your electrical system will be detected with minimal down time, if we need to investigate faults for large amounts of time we will supply temporary power and lighting as and where you need it.
